You can tell that someone is wearing a diaper if you notice a bulge, which can be obvious. However, that doesn’t mean that it’s the same for everyone that wears a diaper. It can be harder to tell depending on the person and also what they are wearing as well.

Because diapers are worn even when they are not wet or soiled with feces, a bulge develops in the front and back of the diapers’ fit.

The bulge will increase in either the front or the back of a person’s clothes depending on which side they are wearing if they are wearing a diaper and they become wet or make a mess while wearing it. It is possible to detect whether they have made a mess by the scent of their soiled diaper, which will be on them at the time.

Aside from that, it is rather customary for someone who is wearing a diaper to walk a little differently than a typical individual. The degree to which a diaper will be visible at the time of diapering will be determined by the clothing choices made by the individual at the time of diapering. Aside from that, the diaper has a distinct crinkle to it that makes it easy to identify. When someone soils themselves, the bulges in both the front and back of their abdomens are the most visible signs that they have done so. The bulge in the front of the abdomen is the most prominent sign that they have done so.
