Carlyle wrenches are manufactured by Infar, a firm situated in Taiwan. Founded in 1978, In far is an industrial hand tool maker that focuses on DIY as well as professional wrenches. We are a self-integrated company employing 350 people in Taiwan and are capable of manufacturing 25 million wrenches each year.
The total production area is about 200 square feet. As a result, we’ve been granted ISO 9001 accreditation as well. Company recognized by ISO 9001, VPA, and GS standards. When we first opened our doors in 1993, we had no experience. Chinese authorities built a manufacturing facility called Kunshan Infar, which employs 600 highly qualified individuals. Kunshan Infar, China’s largest wrench manufacturer, opened in 1993 with an annual manufacturing capacity of 45 million conventional wrenches. In 2004, another facility was built in Taiwan to make it easier to produce ratchet handle handles, sockets, and tools sets.
The entire assortment of products guarantees that customers are able to locate the appropriate product to meet their different needs. The range of products includes the full range of conventional wrenches including 72 teeth Geartech wrench series and the 144-tip Geartech series of wrenches and sockets, ratchets, handles adapters, sockets, and tools sets.
The 20 R&D employees have an average of ten years of experience in the fields of packaging, product mold designs, and design, graphics drawings, and brand innovative products inventions. There are 30 highly trained Q.C. employees in Infar. They analyze and study the composition of raw materials. Testing machines for torque and hardness are employed throughout the production process to verify the conformance to ANSI, DIN, VPA GS as well as ISO standards. Seven stands for inspection are set up at the end of each manufacturing process to check and monitor the quality of the product. The stability of quality of Infar produced products is unmatched!
