Swiffer Wet Jet Batteries
The batteries that you need for your Swiffer wet jet are 4 AA batteries. Also, get alkaline batteries when you decide to purchase them.
1. Remove the cleaner at first. To change batteries, you will need to remove the Swiffer cleaner so that you can reach the battery compartment. To do this, you will need to hold the Wet Jet upside down and also underneath the button that is between the Swiffer pole and cleaner. Once you pull down, the bottle of the cleaner should pop out.
2. The next thing for you to do is to remove the battery tab. In the battery compartment, you’ll see a finger notch with the battery tab. Pull down the notch by inserting your finger within the opening to slide the battery cover right off.
3. After that, change the batteries. To complete this step, remove the older batteries from the battery compartment and replace them with new ones. The battery compartment would have indicated the right direction of the batteries, make sure that you have followed these indications.
