Putting the blade back on with glue is a bad idea in my opinion. The fan is most likely spinning at or above 1000 rpm (equivalent to 16 revolutions per second). When you add glue to a very light fan, you’re likely to throw it out of whack and cause even more problems. It’ll work, but it’ll be noisier and less effective.
